If you do not provide the details marked required in the contact form, we cannot reply to you.
3. Who receives your data
We share personal data only with the providers and parties we need to run the site and our work:
- Shopify International Limited (Ireland), which hosts the website and receives contact form submissions on our behalf.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us through the WhatsApp button. Your use of WhatsApp is also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Google Workspace, which we use for email, including to receive and answer enquiries.
- Our accountant, legal advisers and public authorities, where we need them for our work or the law requires it.
These providers act on our instructions or under their own legal duties.
4. Transfers outside Monaco
Some of these providers process data outside Monaco and the European Economic Area, including in Canada and the United States. Shopify's privacy policy states that it relies on Binding Corporate Rules approved by European data protection authorities, and on standard contractual clauses with its own subprocessors where appropriate. We only use providers that give an adequate level of protection for your data.
5. Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to personal data to the people who need it and use reputable providers with their own security measures. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send us confidential information you do not need to share.
6. Your rights
You have the right to ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected, deleted or restricted. You can also object to us using it, ask to receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting what happened before.
To use any of these rights, email contact@asres-consulting.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we aim to reply within one month.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to Monaco's data protection authority: Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles (APDP), Le Concorde, 11 rue du Gabian, 98000 Monaco, apdp.mc. If you live in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies that the Shopify platform needs in order to work and stay secure, such as remembering your session or region. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work as expected.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we change providers or when the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and we will highlight any significant change on the site.
